Representative Experience

Ben is a skilled commercial and intellectual property litigator with substantial experience pursuing and defending claims across a variety of industries – most notably Real Estate, Sports, and Media/Entertainment – primarily involving business torts, contract performance, disputes arising in partnerships and joint ventures, and intellectual property rights. His practice focuses on business disputes in federal court, state court, and the various ADR tribunals (including JAMS, AAA, and IFTA). Where litigation is particularly undesirable, Ben collaborates with his and the Firm’s clients, their executives and in-house counsel, and opposing counsel to negotiate and implement creative pre-litigation solutions and settlements tailored towards achieving clients’ near- and long-term business objectives. Since beginning his practice in 2014, Ben – through his commitment to clients and unyielding advocacy – has navigated numerous clients through complex legal issues and disputes, and prides himself on always seeking to find and deliver the most optimal outcome available in each unique case.
