Representative Experience

Michael’s practice focuses on transactional entertainment law with a focus in the music industry, where he advises both high-profile and developing recording artists, songwriters, producers, record labels, music publishers, and other individual and corporate clients regarding a wide variety of transactions within the entertainment business.

Michael’s practice also includes work in film, television and new media, and on corporate and transactional matters in a wide variety of areas, with an emphasis in media, entertainment, intellectual property, private equity and technology. Michael has diverse experience in mergers & acquisitions, equity investments, corporate governance and other day to day legal issues.
