COVID-19 Update

As we continue to closely monitor and respond to the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, our top priority remains the health and well-being of our personnel, vendors and valued clients.

With guidance from state and local officials and the most recent recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control, the following safety measures are in place at Eisner, LLP’s Los Angeles and New York offices:

• Health Screening. Prior to a scheduled appointment, visitors will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms. Upon arrival to our offices, a temperature check will be conducted and anyone with a fever of 100 degrees or higher will not be allowed to enter.
• Face Coverings. A face covering that covers the mouth and nose is required while inside our offices. Disposable masks will be provided for those who need one.
• Physical Distancing. Please follow signs and floor markings indicating paths of travel and physical distancing instructions.
• Appointments Required. Virtual meetings are strongly encouraged. If an in-person meeting is necessary, please make an appointment with the appropriate Eisner attorney and/or employee. Visitors are instructed to attend their appointments alone.
