Eisner lead counsel to production company Asylum Entertainment Group
Eisner, LLP served as lead counsel to unscripted production company Asylum Entertainment Group in a deal where it received a strategic investment from global sports and entertainment company Endeavor. With this deal, Asylum's portfolio will become part of Endeavor's non scripted content division, while Endeavor will provide Asylum with financing and resources to grow.

Eisner lead counsel to SK Global in alliance with Elefantec Global
Eisner, LLP served as lead counsel to motion picture and film company SK Global Entertainment in its strategic alliance with Elefantec Global to produce original Spanish-language content for audiences globally. The collaboration will allow SK Global—the producer of films including “Crazy Rich Asians” and “Moneyball”—to expand its footprint in Spanish-language content on a global scale.

Eisner, LLP represents Compelling Pictures as production counsel for Whitney Houston: I Wanna Dance with Somebody
Congratulations to our client Compelling Pictures and its principals and lead producers, Denis O'Sullivan and Jeff Kalligheri, as well as The Whitney Houston Estate, Primary Wave, Black Label Media, Sony Pictures Entertainment's TriStar Pictures, Clive Davis, screenwriter/producer Anthony McCarten and director Kasi Lemmons, on the release of musical biopic "Whitney Houston: I Wanna Dance With Somebody." In its review, The Hollywood Reporter praised the film, noting: "Anyone who loves Whitney Houston and her music will leave the film with that love reinforced." Eisner, LLP was honored to have represented Compelling Pictures as the production company and lead producers, as its production counsel throughout the project, from inception.
