Michael E. Puleo

Michael Puleo is a real estate transactional attorney who handles sophisticated and complex real estate transactions for a full spectrum of market participants, such as public and private investors, developers, financial institutions, and lenders of real estate projects.

Prior to practicing law, Michael’s extensive business and financing experience includes working in investment banking, finance and brokerage sectors. Michael’s comprehensive familiarity and experience with real estate financing and investment transactions of all types enables him to negotiate and structure creative solutions for his clients on an asset-by-asset basis. He leverages his in-depth market knowledge and vast network of connections to help his clients achieve their business and investment objectives.

Michael’s transactional experience spans across a full spectrum of multi-jurisdictional real estate transactions, ranging from acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of properties or property portfolios to corporate and finance matters, such as partnerships and joint ventures and construction financing, mortgage financing, mezzanine financing and debt portfolio acquisitions and dispositions.
