Aron Izower

As a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Entertainment, Aron focuses on transactions and advisory work for media companies and high-net-worth individuals, including, joint-ventures, brand development, acquisitions, corporate structuring, capital raising, equity incentives agreements, and large-scale endorsements. He also represents corporations with transactions and securities regulatory matters.

Aron has built on his expertise in conducting general corporate transactional work by developing a practice assisting high-net-worth individuals including celebrities and executives, some with personal assets rivaling those of corporations. He has helped craft and structure agreements such as endorsement deals, joint ventures, reorganizations, and new entities, and represents several household-name entertainers, including musicians, music producers, fashion models, talent executives, business managers, and podcast hosts. Over his more than two decades of practice, Aron has developed a reputation as someone who can find creative ways to structure the most complex entertainment and media deals, while minimizing risk and maximizing the long-term value of his clients’ intellectual property and other assets.

Aron previously worked at Reed Smith, representing underwriters and issuers in public securities offerings, working on regulatory matters related to the Securities and Exchange Commission, and eventually building his practice in media and entertainment. He started his career at White & Case.
