Representative Experience

Eric Zwilling joins Eisner LLP as an associate in our Corporate and Entertainment Groups and is based in the New York office. Eric has a background in corporate law with an emphasis on transactional work in the entertainment and media space. Eric concentrates his practice on negotiating and drafting a wide variety of entertainment and corporate agreements on behalf of emerging and superstar-level talent, managers and executives, entertainment companies, entrepreneurs, brands and advertising agencies. Eric also regularly represents and advises entertainment and corporate clients in a variety of private placement transactions and secured and unsecured financing arrangements.
