Sherene Tagharobi

Representative Experience 

Sherene represents corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of complex civil litigation matters in State and Federal courts, as well as in arbitral forums. She has litigated cases involving all manners of claims including breach of contract, business torts, trade secrets, defamation, false advertising, right of publicity, and public records, among others. She also has experience defending companies against government investigations.
 
Prior to joining Eisner, Sherene worked for an Am Law 50 firm and served as a legal fellow at the First Amendment Coalition, a nonprofit focused on advancing the freedom of the press. In addition, she previously served as a judicial extern to the Honorable R. Gary Klausner of the US District Court for the Central District of California. Before law school, Sherene was a television news reporter.
