Eisner Promotes Five Associates to Senior Counsel

Eisner, LLP is pleased to announce the promotions of five associates to the role of senior counsel, effective as of June 2022. The five promoted professionals reside in the firm’s Los Angeles and New York offices, with additional details contained below.

Jordan Gutglass (New York) concentrates his practice on transactional entertainment law with a focus in the music industry. He routinely advises high-profile and developing recording artists, songwriters, and producers, as well as record labels, music publishers, and other clients regarding a wide variety of transactions within the entertainment business.

Benjamin Kassis (Los Angeles) focuses on complex commercial matters in both federal and state court, particularly disputes involving federal and state securities laws, contract breach claims, and business torts, among other client-focused solutions. Benjamin has been involved in a number of significant representative matters on behalf of Eisner clients and is a current member of the Professional Responsibility & Ethics Committee for the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Katie Pierucci (Los Angeles) represents clients in disputes in federal district and bankruptcy court, arbitration, and state court. She is currently representing a variety of foreign and domestic clients, including real estate ventures, comic conventions, and entrepreneurial investment entities.

Michael Puleo (Los Angeles) focuses his practice on secured and unsecured real estate finance transactions. His experience includes complex representative matters, such as single and multiple asset property portfolio financings, mezzanine financings, and preferred equity structures. Michael’s clients include publicly traded and privately held operating companies, institutional investors, and developers.

Holden Sumner (New York) is a corporate attorney with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, finance, and capital markets. With significant experience across a broad range of corporate law matters, Holden has advised buyers and sellers in both public and private M&A, and borrowers, issuers, and financing sources in equity and debt, among other matters. Holden has been involved in numerous high-profile representative matters in a variety of industries, including entertainment and media, technology, communications, and health care.
