Eisner Partner Jeremiah Reynolds Named Again to The Hollywood Reporter’s Power Lawyers List
March 27, 2020—Eisner partner Jeremiah Reynolds has been selected for The Hollywood Reporter’s 2020 Power Lawyers award. Published annually, this report highlights 100 attorneys who are impacting Hollywood by negotiating mega-deals and handling significant litigation. Described as a “go-to litigator for A-list clients and in conflicts over independent films,” this is the second year in a row that Reynolds has been named to this list.
Reynolds’ Hollywood Reporter profile highlights several high-profile litigations he is handling, including one against domestic distributor STX for allegedly backing out of a deal to co-finance an adaptation of “The Killer’s Game” on behalf of client Endurance Media, and another against distributor Aviron for allegedly shortchanging producers on licensing fees.
Over the past year, Reynolds has also been called on to resolve highly confidential disputes between music companies and premier artists, as well as #MeToo-related allegations for top Hollywood executives. He also represents several production companies in various disputes with Hollywood’s labor guilds.
