Eisner, LLP Adds Entertainment Litigator Zachary Elsea as Partner in Los Angeles
LOS ANGELES—August 12, 2022—Eisner, LLP announced today that Zachary Elsea has joined the firm as a partner in the litigation group. Elsea has extensive experience representing companies and individuals in the entertainment, technology, financial services, and real estate industries. He will be based in Eisner’s Los Angeles office.

Elsea advises clients on complex entertainment and business disputes. He has extensive experience advising on intellectual property matters, including litigation, touching on copyright, trademark, right of publicity, and other issues. He also represents employees and employers in trade secret, non-compete, employment, and partnership disputes. Elsea has tried numerous jury trials and arbitrations to conclusion, and has handled more than a dozen writs and appeals in state and federal court.

Elsea joins Eisner from Kinsella Weitzman Iser Kump Holley LLP. He started his legal career at Irell & Manella LLP and later joined Hueston Hennigan LLP. Elsea served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Milan D. Smith, Jr. on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He graduated with honors from Harvard Law School and holds an undergraduate degree from Harvard College and a master’s degree from Oxford University. Outside of his legal practice, Elsea serves on the board of directors of the Harvard Law School Association of Los Angeles.
