Los Angeles, CA—February 17, 2026—Eisner, LLP announced today that Michael Puleo has been promoted to Partner.
A dynamic and dedicated real estate attorney based in the Firm’s Beverly Hills office, Puleo represents developers, owners, investors, and lenders in complex commercial real estate transactions across the country. Bringing a business-first approach to every matter, Puleo’s practice spans acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, and financings, with particular experience advising lenders on financings across asset classes including multifamily, hospitality, office, land, and retail.

Earlier in his career, Puleo worked in commercial real estate brokerage as well as finance and investment banking. This experience has provided him with a strong business foundation for his legal practice and has enabled him to approach transactions with a strategic understanding of his clients’ objectives, crafting tailored, creative solutions for each transaction.
