Michael Eisner founded Eisner, LLP in 1999 and has driven its growth from a boutique business law practice into a multi-department, bi-coastal firm, with significant experience serving the entertainment industry. As Managing Partner, he continues to lead the strategy and operations of the firm, while also managing a successful transactional practice.

Michael’s practice centers on complex and high-profile transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate and financial restructurings, licensing, distribution, and strategic partnerships across entertainment and other sectors. He has spent his career advising public and private companies and individuals on high-value, industry-shaping transactions in film, television, music, art, fashion, digital media, gaming, live events, and other sectors.
