Eisner, LLP Adds To Its Corporate Practice With Addition of Natalie Chitayat as a Partner in Los Angeles

Los Angeles—June 1, 2023—Eisner, LLP announced today that Natalie Chitayat has joined the Firm as a partner in the Corporate group. She will be based in Eisner LLP’s Los Angeles office.

Chitayat has extensive experience focusing on the representation of public and private companies in a variety of corporate transactions and general corporate matters, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance, among others. She counsels clients in connection with transactions in the sports, entertainment and media sectors, as well as a wide variety of other industries.

Chitayat joins Eisner from Milbank LLP’s global corporate group in Los Angeles. She received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
