Eisner, LLP Adds Veteran Corporate Attorney Aron Izower to its New York Office

NEW YORK—September 13, 2022 - Eisner, LLP announced today that Aron Izower has joined the firm as a partner in the Corporate and Entertainment groups. He is based in Eisner’s New York office.

Over his more than two decades of practice, Aron has carved out a valuable niche as a corporate attorney in the entertainment industry, specializing in transactions and advisory work for media companies and high-net-worth individuals, including joint-ventures, acquisitions, brand development, corporate structuring, capital raising, equity incentives agreements, and large-scale endorsements.

“Aron brings to Eisner an extensive breadth of knowledge and expertise in executing complex transactions and negotiating significant deals in the entertainment industry,” said Michael Eisner, chair of Eisner, LLP. “Ever since I became acquainted with him, it was clear that he would make a great addition to our team, due to his ability to navigate intricate entertainment deals, and his passion for finding creative solutions to make complex transactions work for all parties.”

Aron focuses on transactions for media and entertainment clients, and has expanded his practice of corporate transactional work into a specialty of serving media companies, as well as high-net-worth individuals and executives, primarily in the entertainment industry. He led private equity investment deals for Ithaca Holdings, a holding company for Scott “Scooter” Braun, an entrepreneur, talent manager and entertainment executive. Aron also advises other entertainment luminaries in a variety of transactions, including endorsement deals, joint ventures, reorganizations, and other corporate work. Clients include Scooter Braun, Ithaca Holdings, David Bolno, and David Grutman, musicians/entertainers/entrepreneurs Drake and Will.I.Am (Xupermask), and model/entertainer/entrepreneur Ashley Graham.

“I’m very excited to join Eisner and be part of a top-notch, outstanding firm,” said Aron. “Michael and the team have had tremendous success in growing transactional work for the entertainment industry, with a vision about what’s possible, how to approach clients, and what we can do for them. That fits well with my desire to offer the best legal counsel I can give to executives, entrepreneurs, and corporations in the space.”

Before joining Eisner, Aron was a partner at Reed Smith, where he practiced general securities and corporate law for several industries, including health care and life sciences, crowdfunding, venture capital funds, and investment banks. He honed his expertise in corporate transactions and served on the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion committee, retirement committee, and opinion committee.

Aron graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1997, where he served as senior editor of the Law Review and attained honors of Order of the Coif. He graduated with a B.S. from Cornell University in 1993.
