Nick’s practice focuses on entertainment and corporate transactions, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and reorganizations, financings, liquidity events, brand and endorsement deals, and other complex business arrangements. He represents a diverse roster of clients, including actors, directors, producers, performing artists, podcasters, influencers, executives, and other entertainment professionals, as well as production and talent management companies. He also regularly serves as outside general counsel to entertainment production and talent management companies.

Nick counsels clients on tax planning opportunities in connection with complex transactions, bringing a rare combination of transactional and tax expertise to matters with significant financial implications. He structures transactions with a practical, business-minded approach tailored to the unique dynamics of the entertainment industry.
