Michael’s real estate finance experience includes complex representative matters, such as single and multiple asset property portfolio financings, mezzanine financings, and preferred equity structures. Michael also has significant experience in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, development projects, and equity investments across all product types.
