Darien is an entertainment attorney who counsels clients in the film, television music and new media industries. He has experience in drafting, revising and negotiating a wide variety of agreements in the entertainment industry including talent agreements, management agreements, production agreements, licensing agreements, employment agreements, entity formation agreements, non-disclosure agreements, development agreements and film-financing agreements. He has shepherded production legal on numerous film and television productions including The Primetime Emmy Awards, Billboard Women in Music, The Tony Awards, IMDb’s Unmade and Special Skills and Kennedy Center Honors.
Prior to joining Eisner, LLP, Darien was an associate in the Entertainment Department of a national law firm, and prior to practicing law held positions at various music-related entertainment companies.
