Representative Experience
Celena is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department. Celena’s practice includes litigation in both federal and state court, particularly disputes involving intellectual property claims, breach of contract claims, and other commercial business disputes. Prior to joining Eisner LLP, Celena specialized in Hatch-Waxman litigation and worked with the Connecticut States’ Attorney’s Office as a domestic violence victim’s advocate.
At UConn School of Law, Celena earned the title of Best Oralist and Champion of the Alva P. Loiselle Moot Court competition. As Symposium Editor of the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal, Celena hosted a symposium entitled: "Does an Impartial Jury Exist? An Analysis of Implicit Bias in Jury Selection."
