Wes Morrow brings more than a decade of experience in handling complex corporate and financing transactions, with a focus on the entertainment and real estate industries.

Wes’s practice spans the full spectrum of corporate counsel, both transactional and advisory. He structures and negotiates corporate deals from emerging start-ups to transactions valued at over a billion dollars, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital, and strategic partnerships. A significant portion of his work involves arranging complex financing arrangements from venture financing and private equity investments to multi-million-dollar syndicated credit facilities. Although Wes is highly sought after by clients in the entertainment and real estate sectors, he also advises on deals in media, energy, fitness, fashion, software, renewable resources, and other industries. Wes guides clients on all aspects of a transaction including ancillary agreements and commercial agreements that are implicated by the relevant transaction. He collaborates closely with colleagues in groups and offices across Eisner to provide comprehensive representation to all clients.
