Vlad is an Associate in the Corporate department, based in our New York office. He advises a broad range of domestic and international companies and financial institutions on complex corporate and commercial matters.
His practice is particularly focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and capital markets. Vlad has experience representing both buyers and sellers in public and private M&A transactions, as well as working with borrowers, issuers, and financing sources on a variety of equity, debt, high-yield, and investment-grade transactions. He also provides strategic counsel to clients on matters such as joint ventures and liability management, with a client base that spans industries including entertainment and media, technology, communications, and consumer products.
