Bobby has extensive experience representing a variety of entertainment and media companies, as well as private equity funds and strategic investors, in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, growth equity, minority investments, capital raises, restructurings, and other complex business transactions.
He regularly advises clients across the media, entertainment, sports, music, technology, and consumer products industries.
Prior to joining the Firm, Bobby was in the Los Angeles office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LP, where he was a member of the firm’s Corporate and Entertainment Group. He earned his JD/MBA/BBA from Washburn University, where he was also a member of the men’s basketball team. Bobby is a CPA (non-active) and a member of the California, Missouri, and Kansas Bars.
