Ariana “Ari” Rainbow provides collaborative and solutions-driven counsel to artists and musicians in the music and film industries.

Ari’s practice focuses on negotiating and drafting agreements for artists and musicians, including producer agreements, writer agreements, sync licenses, mixer agreements, remix agreements, and featured artist agreements. With a keen understanding of the creative and business sides of the entertainment industry, she works closely with clients to craft agreements that protect their interests while fostering positive professional relationships.

A classically trained pianist and former Peace Corps volunteer, Ari is deeply passionate about music and giving back to her community. She serves as a board member of the Denyce Graves Foundation and a programming committee member for Voices of Ascension.
