Tricia Legittino is a partner in Eisner LLP’s Litigation Group. She represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of complex litigation matters, including employment litigation and counseling, commercial disputes, and real estate and lending litigation.

Tricia advises and defends employers in federal and state courts and counsels businesses on employment-related issues, including hiring and termination decisions, employee classification, workplace policies, and compliance matters. She also represents financial institutions, private lenders, real estate companies, and other businesses in commercial litigation and creditor-related disputes.

Prior to joining Eisner, Tricia served as Co-Chair of the Employment Group at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz.

Prior to entering private practice, Tricia served as an Assistant Illinois Attorney General in the Criminal Prosecutions Division and later as Deputy Bureau Chief of the Sexually Violent Persons Bureau.
