Nicholas Medellin is an associate in Eisner LLP’s Litigation Group. His practice focuses on entertainment, employment, intellectual property, and commercial litigation matters.

Prior to joining Eisner, Nicholas represented clients in entertainment, employment, and intellectual property disputes at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz. He also gained experience in the business and legal affairs departments of a major entertainment studio and on the creative side of television production, where he developed a practical understanding of the business considerations facing media and entertainment clients.

Nicholas earned his J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings College of the Law), where he served as president of OUTlaw, co-founded the Transgender Name and Gender Marker Change Clinic, and served as senior editor of the Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal.

He is admitted to practice in California.
