Wofford also crafts agreements that protect client rights while leveraging their opportunities not only by conventional means but across the spectrum of streaming services, social media, and new technologies. Wofford divides his time between his thriving music law practice and his leadership of the Effie and Wofford Cain Foundation, a private family nonprofit foundation that supports education, science, and the arts in Texas and further afield. As President of the Foundation, he champions initiatives that empower emerging talent and promote a more inclusive creative community, including the Wofford Denius UTLA Center for Entertainment and Media Studies, a renowned program at the University of Texas that provides students with hands-on experience and critical entertainment industry connections.
